High Stacked Pancakes

Cannabis Infused Pancakes

1 ¼ c. sifted all purpose flour
2 ½ tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. white sugar
1 egg
¾ c. mild 3 tbsp melted cannabis butter (if you would like you can do 1 ½ tbsp cannabis butter and 1 ½
tbsp of regular butter)

Dump everything into a bowl (egg and butter last) and beat a bit, but not too much; batter should be a
bit lumpy. Pour onto a medium hot, non stick pan or griddle. When bubbles begin to form on top, flip
over and brown on bottom.
